Grammys 2012 Results
The 54th Annual Grammy Awards took place last night in the Staples Center in L.A. It was a night filled with music and memories of the late Whitney Houston. From Taylor Swift’s clever lyric addition during “Mean” — “someday I’ll be singing this at the Grammys” — to Rihanna and Coldplay hitting the stage for their duet “Princess Of China,” the performers certainly brought their A-game on Sunday (Feb 12th 2012). Katy Perry showed her fiery side, Bruno Mars brought out his inner-hooligan and the dynamic combination of Maroon 5, Foster the People and the Beach Boys made us yearn for summer and the good old days. The most anticipated performances of the night were arguably Jennifer Hudson’s last minute addition of Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You,” and the long awaited return of Adele with her award winning single “Rolling In The Deep”. Additional performances included artists like Sir Paul McCartney, Alicia Keys, Kelly Clarkson, Nicki Minaj, Tony Bennet, Chris Brown, David Guetta, Foo Fighters, Deadmau5 and others.
